Bat Those Lashes - Baby

One thing I was never blessed with was LONG EYE LASHES, unlike my darling 5 year old Niece Violet who has lashes that make everyone go Oh.... WOW!

I have tried all the tricks know to man;

• Lash Mascara- for Lashes "20 Million Times Longer & Thicker"
• The Eye Lash Curlers - Once Time I had a bad experience with those, my actual eye lid was clamped shut & still to this day my eyelid shakes when a curler gets close enough 
• Falsies Full Strip where my right eye looks perfect and the left is lop sided 
• Individual lashes which took me a whole packet to practice & I ended up with and glue everywhere - the girl in Napoleon, bless her, told me "Go odd don't go even" - even that did not really help me much. My sister can put them on me perfectly but she generally isn't available at my beck & call though, such a shame.

So after admiring my work colleagues new L-O-N-G lashes I decided to bite the bullet & get long lashes the good old fashioned way! Eye Lash Extensions 

They have changed my whole make up routine I hardly use mascara now and I don't need as much eye liner around my eyes. They last around 3 to 4 weeks depending on how quick your lashes grow & how well you maintain them - I try to be pretty careful & I also swim once or twice a week with goggles on, they lasted me 3 weeks this time.

Tonight I popped back for a quick, painless infill which I think look fresh & full.

Nicholas - My Other Lover

I am obsessed - for anyone that knows me, that they won't find hard to believe! Whats new they would say!

Since the first post on of this Nicholas print I saw on Instagram I have wanted a piece of clothing in this Rose Reflector print-  it's the colours the pinks and purples the cheeky blue thats pops up the love heart right under my bust line not to mention the fabric Scuba material so fitting and comfortable!

I didn't purposely hold out buying this dress I hoped it would have come in a top which I would get more wear out of but it never arrived and after 2 months holding off I snapped this dress up at on sale so i guess there is some good that came, especially my Maltese husband would believe!

I've worn this dress already 3 times now Out to Dinner for hubby's birthday Friday teamed with my Framboise Colour Christian Louboutin Simple pumps and Chanel Wallet on Chain Purse our to Lunch in Glenbrook on Sunday with Black Tights and my Senso Billie boots and a casual Denim Jacket - ancient years old - and to work today with a cropped black jacket! 

I can see I will be wearing this baby to death! And you know what if the top ever does arrive - Ill be getting that one too! 

 

                                  

Saturday Chur Burger Delights

Celebrating my husbands birthday this weekend in Sydney I wanted to try something new and have an early dinner on our way home after a couple of days of fun together! 

Michael is your typical man.... Loves a good old fashioned hamburger and I had heard about Chur Burger through Instagram - or should I say my bible and it looked awesome! We left the city late afternoon & headed to Surry Hills  to try it out! 

As soon as we arrived there was such an awesome atmosphere so friendly and welcoming and cool deco set up love the high benches. 

It didn't take long for our meals to come almost just enough time to post a selfie of us on Instagram and try out his tasty and refreshing Organic Phoenix Cola! 

I had the Lamb, Mint Sauce Feta & Red Onion Burger the flavours OH the flavours were just magnificent!! 

Ticked all my boxed that's for sure I had to deliberate over that OR the Vego Chickpea Option - I made a good choice, will save the Chickpea for next visit, and Michael had the Grilled Beef & Cheese Burger we shared a side of Chilli Salt Chips - a weakness of both of ours!
